Great offers on eating out near Derby
The Kedleston steak night
The Kedleston Country House hotel runs an amazing steak night every Tuesday, where premium locally sourced steak including all the trimmings starts at just £10. The sample menu indicates it’s currently a 5oz rump that’s on offer, which admittedly is small (but excellent quality) but to include chips, sauce, onion rings etc, and in the beautiful surroundings, I think it’s a great offer. Read my previous review.
Binary, Mickleover
Contemporary bar and restaurant, Binary in Mickleover is running a 2 for 1 deal on their Sunday roasts until the end of September. You need a voucher which can be collected (presumably when dining) at Binary or any of their sister restaurants, The Dragon at Willington, The Boot at Repton, Harpurs of Melbourne.
